The medical cotton yarn loaded on this train is manufactured by Allmed Medical Products Co., Ltd. in Zhijiang. This is also the first time that “Made in Yichang” has exported “anti-pandemic” products to foreign countries after the domestic pandemic situation has stabilized.

In order to do a good job in organizing this batch of anti-pandemic materials transportation and fully supporting the export of companies and the anti-pandemic work in Europe, the Yichang Railway Department proactively signed a “one-price” transportation agreement with the company to minimize the international logistics cost of the company.

At the same time, in response to the requirements for safe and pollution-free transportation of anti-pandemic materials during the pandemic, Yichang East Station arranged professionals to actively match companies to ensure that the shipping specifications were in compliance with international transportation requirements and standards.

Li Youdong, the person in charge of logistics responsible for the transportation of these supplies, said that after the train arrives in Hamburg, Germany, the materials will be distributed to other European countries according to the contract. In the later period, companies will continue to transport more materials through this route to support the European anti-pandemic.
