Ministry of Ecology and Environment: Three-month rectification across the board
Since September this year, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment has launched a three-month special rectification operation, focusing on correcting “one-size-fits-all” behaviors in some local ecological environmental protection work, and effectively protecting the people’s environmental rights and the legitimate rights and interests of law-abiding enterprises.
Under the guidance of national policies, the one-size-fits-all problem will gradually improve, and many companies that have stopped production in compliance will also resume operations.
