Vietnam Investment Review reported on January 12 that preliminary statistics from the General Administration of Customs of Vietnam showed that in December 2020, more than 30 companies across Vietnam exported 71 million medical masks to markets such as the United States, the European Union, and Japan, a 59% decrease from the previous month. In 2020, Vietnamese companies have exported 1.37 billion medical masks to the United States, the European Union, Japan, South Korea, India and other markets.
