Invested and established by Huayu Zhengying (Fujian) Group, Huayu Warp Knitting Industrial Park is located in Jinjiang Economic Development Zone, Quanzhou, Fujian Province. The project is divided into two phases of construction. At present, the R&D innovation center and production workshop of the second phase of the project are under construction and are expected to be put into use at the end of this year.

It is reported that the project covers an area of about 250 mu, a total investment of 3.5 billion yuan, from February 2019 to prepare so far, Huayu Weaving Project Phase I has completed the main construction, production line has achieved mass production. Based on 5G technology, it will build an intelligent industrial park from production to logistics, from manufacturing to storage. It will introduce more than 300 sets of warp knitting equipment, and promote the key projects, its capacity will double on the original basis.

 

As a leading enterprise in warp knitting industry, Huayu is the first in the industry to integrate chemical fiber, warp knitting and dyeing and printing. After nearly 20 years of development, warp knitted spacer fabric output ranks first in China. When completed and put into operation, the project will become the largest warp knitting demonstration base in China, providing more than 1,800 jobs and expected annual output value of 3 billion yuan.
