Major research institutes and enterprises have made great efforts in the research and development of antiviral fabric.

 

In fact, In the pre-pandemic period, a number of enterprises in China had produced reusable protective clothing, but the national standards in this field are still blank, and users lack national standards to evaluate the quality and performance of products, so they have to use disposable protective clothing in large quantities. Standardization Institute of Textile Industry and the National Advanced Functional Fiber Innovation Center have for the first time proposed and formulated unified quality standards for reusable medical protective fabrics and new PTFE materials through research, which will further improve the quality standard system for the medical and hygiene textiles and new textile materials, filling the gap in the field of reusable medical protective fabrics in China.
