The dyeing and finishing workshop and grey fabric warehouse of Henan Shenma Dyeing and Printing Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 80,000 tons of chemical fiber dyeing and printing project is expected to be completed by mid-August.

The chemical fiber dyeing and printing project is the key project in the entire industrial chain of Pingdingshan China Nylon City to implement the entire industrial chain development strategy to create nylon raw materials, chips, spinning manufacturing, and dyeing and printing garments.

 

The implementation of this project can accelerate the downstream enterprises of the nylon industry chain to enter the park, create a good market advantage for the on-site conversion of the upstream products of the nylon city, and accelerate the pace of the construction of China’s nylon city.

 

The first phase of the chemical fiber dyeing and printing project has an investment of 500 million yuan, with an annual production scale of 20,000 tons of chemical fiber dyeing and printing products, including 12,000 tons of clothing fabrics and 8,000 tons of clothing accessories. After completion, the annual sales revenue is expected to be 1 billion yuan and the total annual profit is 100 million yuan.
