Recently, Xinjiang Longju New Material Co., Ltd. started the construction of a high-performance carbon fiber project with an annual output of 50,000 tons in the Ganquanpu Economic and Technological Development Zone.

The relevant person in charge of the company said that the total investment of the project is 6 billion yuan, a total of 8 carbonization workshops and 16 production lines will be built in four phases. Currently, the first phase of the project is under construction, and the first phase is expected to be officially put into operation in September 2022.

 

Longju new material project plans to produce 50,000 tons of high-performance carbon fiber annually, the construction period is 5 years, the total area is about 880 mu, the total investment is 6 billion yuan, the annual sales revenue is 7.5 billion yuan, it is expected to become the largest single carbon fiber raw material base in the world.
