ITMA ASIA + CITME 2020 closes: Look forward to seeing you next year

On June 16, the 2020 China International Textile Machinery Exhibition and ITMA Asia Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as the ITMA ASIA + CITME 2020) came to a close at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). More than 1,200 textile machinery companies from around the world, including China, Germany, Italy, Japan and Switzerland, have all appeared here, with a total exhibition area of 160,000 square meters. In the past five days, not only has trade transactions exceeded expectations, but technological advances have also been bright spots.
Trade orders signed non-stop in this exhibition. Jingwei Textile Machinery booth has received a total of 4,000 customers and nearly 100 intention customers, among which, the intention was reached: Xinjiang Zhentai 550,000 spindles, Xinjiang Yangtze River 300,000 spindles, Jiangsu TEDA 100,000 spindles, Jiangsu Kangni 26,000 spindles, Jiangsu Jinliheng 8,000 rotors, and established in-depth strategic cooperative relations with Xinjiang Tianyin Group, Pinter Group, and Pinter Yuhua. Oelikon signed the largest order for staple fiber equipment in the history of Oerikon Neumag with Xinfengming Group prior to the exhibition. Changshu Textile Machinery Factory Co., Ltd. signed a contract with Zhejiang Xintao Technology Co., Ltd. Xintao Technology purchased a total of 168 sets of jacquard machines from Changshu Textile Machinery. Jiangsu S&S also signed deals worth 150 million yuan.
In this exhibition, spinning progress is reflected in two aspects, one is how to further improve product quality, the other is how to promote the smart factories further landing.
On the first day of exhibition, Tianmen Textile Machinery launched a new machine, which realized the complete levelling of drawing process. The so-called “full self-levelling in drawing process” means that drawing machines with self-levelling function are used in drawing process from the beginning to the end, including combing and pre-drawing, so as to significantly improve the key indicators of drawing and subsequent processes, and effectively improve the quality of yarn.
The JWF1589EJM automatic joint spinning frame launched by Jingwei Intelligent Co., Ltd. is the first domestic automatic joint spinning frame developed based on Pinter Optifil photoelectric single ingot monitoring. The Hawk Vision® flexible intelligent weft straightening machine launched by Changzhou Hongda is an innovation in the weft straightening mechanism and a fundamental change in the existing weft straightening machine’s method.
Although this year’s exhibition was held when the overseas pandemic has not yet been fundamentally controlled, although overseas visitors and most overseas exhibitors have no way to come to the exhibition site for technical exchanges, there were still a lot of trade orders signed and intention orders continued to increase.
On the first day, the organizing committee announced that ITMA ASIA + CITME 2022 will be held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) from November 20 to 24, 2022.
